In all, this was a painless order. The shipping was not only free, but quick. The heavy hitch was delivered by a semi tractor trailer in good order and condition.
I would say it was about 6 hours to install, including careful reading of instructions. The video was very helpful and I would watch it. To get a torque wrench on the front right bracket I had to take off the tire to swing the torque wrench.
By following the directions, the install went smoothly. And it looks nice too!

OMG this was so easy to install on my 2021 RAM with the directions given with the Kit I had it installed in 3.5 hours by my self. Saved myself almost 1000 dollars paying some one to do it for me
Fits perfectly, packing was excellent and delivery on time. What more could one ask for.
Great product, and excellent support; very happy. It took me a little over 4 hours to install, but if you have a good helper and a lift it could be done in half that time.
The instructions weren’t great, but the YouTube video was extremely helpful, be sure and watch it first.
An impact is highly recommended and some extensions were necessary to reach the driver side front brackets.
The rail kit was perfect fit on my 2025 Ram

Still a solid device. Low maintenance with just adding grease to a couple of pivot points is all thats needed.
Shipping was as expected, product arrived in good condition. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The installation video on etrailer.com was of great help and it was nice tool to have.

I like the quality of B&W rail kits, this was the 2nd B&W rail kit I have purchased.
I purchased this kit to install new 5th wheel rails for my 5th wheel on my 2021 Ram 2500. At first it was kind of scary. the thought of drilling holes in my truck bed was nerve racking. What if I drilled the hole in the wrong spot. The directions that came with the rails made it very easy to do. It took me about 3 hours to do the job by myself. I will say if you can have a 2nd person to help it makes it easier.

These rails are still doing g their job. No problems
The install was pretty straightforward after watching the video provided on the website. Everything fit well and seems to be quality.
Great product was pretty easy. Install approximately two hours no lift needed.
Product is good however the instructions are not only wrong but mis-leading. Thank good for Tractor supply. The hitch works great!
Fitment of the drivers side front bracket and the passenger rear carriage bolt stop this from 5 stars but only because they are a serious pain to get installed. Good quality and very rigid once installed.
I was on the fence on which tow system to buy. Hands down the BWRVK2602, was no competition We will be setting it up on our 2018 2500 Ram. The package arrived and upon opening saw the fit and finish on all the pieces. A huge help is the video available to show exact steps to get all this mounted. I will be back to get all my brake controller parts. Thanks so much Nick C. for all the help.

When it promised to be good and it is, then I am very happy. To date it is flawless
I purchased the B&W Custom Installation Kit and Bed Rails. I was aprohensinsive about installing it myself but I am half way through installing it and it has been really straight forward with no problems. I think I am going to be really pleased this product.

Super HD rails brackets, the brackets bolt directly to the frame with existing factory nuts.
No cutting or grinding, just some holes to drill. I did all the work on the my Cummins

Everything is still solid , I pull a 16,500 5th wheel trailer and everything still working great. No rust on painted surfaces , thank for building good stuff.
Rails and support brackets fit perfectly on my 2018 RAM 2500. Video was spot-on in every detail of what to expect, thus I had no surprises awaiting me during my install. I had it all done in less than 3 hours. Thanx for the great installation video and product.
